In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Does this issue occur only for that date or does it happen for multiple dates, and is it only in regards to a specific service or all of the services? Can you please confirm if that date is May 10th as that is Tuesday?

First of all sorry for the date it's my fault I wanted to talk about Thursday March 10.
I couldn't reproduce the error for future dates (obviously I didn't try all the dates) but I noticed that, for example, for February 24th the problem also occurs (there is a gap between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm).
I made 3 screenshots: the schedule where we can see that there was nothing that day, the dropdown of hours for Thursday February 24, and the event hours.
So between 9:30 am and 12:15 am we should still be able to make an appointment, right?

Since we cannot reproduce this issue for the appointments in the past, please let me know if the same issue happens for future appointments so we can look into the cause of this issue and understand why it happens.
