Bonjour,
Merci
Hello Stephane,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Please note that the official support language is English, and we have to use Google Translator to try and understand other languages. Since a lot can be lost in translation, we apologize in advance if we misunderstood some segments of your message, and we also ask you to please translate your future messages to English.
Thank you for your understanding.
You have an option in Amelia called custom field. when you create a custom field you can call it a customer address and you can make it mandatory. In the notification, you can find placeholders with custom field 1, custom field 2, etc.
This way you will be able to achieve what you want.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
