We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello I am looking at your scatter plot chart example on your above demo page link for ice cream sales. When you tap on a dot for example the first one it shows the X value as 0 the second shows 1 and the third 2 etc it doesn't tell me what the actual temperature is (xaxis value) it just tells me the number of the dot in the series starting at 0. Do they all work like this or is there an option to show the actual values relative to what's shown on the Xaxis, logically isn't that what a chart like this would show? Thanks
Hi, John
Thanks for reaching out to us
- I've just pointed this out for the developers, thank you for finding it.
They just didn't update our database for that chart. Check again and you will see it is now fixed.
Basically, this can happen if you use a string as a value, then it will show just the number of the dot in the series.
If you use integers to show the values, it will show correctly, as we updated it now.
If you need further assistance, or any other questions, please let me know.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Ah ok so it could work that way.
Actually have rechecked your page it still shows X:0 X:1 etc in the tooltip not actual temp value, see attached, same on desktop. Maybe they are yet to upload the change?
Thanks
Hey, John
I am not sure how is that possible. On my browser, and my colleagues, we both checked and because the devs set now all columns as integers, it works OK.
This is a screenshot I am taking just now. Can you check again, maybe clear cache +cookies from this browser you are using, and/or use a different browser?
Kind Regards,
