I hope you're well! I'm busy looking into a booking option for a client who runs a fishing charter, is it possible for someone to select multiple dates? Not consecutive like a hotel booking, but be able to select independent dates and select half-day / full-day options on each?

For this purpose, you can enable the recurring appointment for the service and the customers will be able to choose multiple dates after they choose one date.
As for the second question, in your case, you would need to create a couple of services with different durations and the customers will be able to choose between those services to choose if they want a full-day or half-day appointment.
