Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

For your purposes, I have changed the "Default time slot step" to 30 minutes and now you will be able to set the duration of the service to be 14h 30min (7:30-22:00).
Please test it out from your end and provide me with an update on whether this works for you.
Hello, on the site I need to sell a day ticket with a single time slot from 7:30 to 22:00 with the setting of only one employee.
I have configured the opening hours from 7:30 to 22:00 in the working hours and rest days window.
In the general settings I have the time slot limited to 8 hours.
In the calendar on the front-end I see the time slot 7:30 - 17:00, while I would need it to be indicated 7:30 - 22:00
