    Hi!

    Yesterday I purchased Amalia and I am done with installing and configuring. I wonder about two things:

    In Step 4 of the booking process the employee which was automatically selected is shown. I need to hide this field but I still want to show date and time which was selected by the customer. I just do not want him to see which employee has been chosen.

    Second question: I would like two employees to take part in one appointment. This means I need Amalia to show only those time frames which are available in both google calendars.

    Thanks alot!

    Hello Sebastian,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can use the following CSS code to hide the employee field from Step 4 of the booking form:

    .amelia-app-booking #amelia-booking-wrap .am-step-booking-catalog .am-confirm-booking .am-confirm-booking-form .am-confirmation-booking-details > div:first-child {
        display:none !important;
    }

    There is currently no option to assign multiple employees to one appointment.

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
