Amelia's booking process cannot be changed but this seems very similar to how Amelia works, it goes like this, first they select the service and employee (if you offer this option), you can enable bring someone with you option then they choose a number of people they will bring, then the date and time, then they fill in the pieces of information and they pay for the booking.

After the booking has been confirmed they will get notifications about the appointment. 

As for Fill in forms with names, we do not have such an exact option. You can create a custom field where you will ask for the name od the people that they will bring. This custom field will be shown on the 4 step of the booking process it will look something like this

The answer is yes and no we have optional extra where you can add an extra slot to a service and it will add up in total amount but the if it the same extras the price will always be the same for example 5 it will not reduce for the 3 time slot on 2. Prices are fixed so the price will be 10, you can add several extras for example if someone wants 1 more time slot of 10 minutes the price is 5 and if he wants 2 extra time slots the price is 7
