after upgrading to Version 4 my users (with no admin roles) can't use the wpdatatables adminstration backend anymore.
Previously they got the manage_options right but it seems that this doesn't work anymore.

I'm sorry but I can't replicate this with v4.0.1.
I added "manage_options" to one of my other user roles, and I'm able to see and access wpDataTables without issues:
