Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Apologies, that was my mistake. I logged into the back-end and performed checks and there are a lot of errors coming up in the console. I wanted to check if they are coming from Amelia, but even when I deactivated Amelia, I get the same errors and I cannot preview the page as it is showing a 404 error.

This can be caused by plenty of factors, including the other plugins but I cannot risk disabling any of them to test it out as that could crash the website.

You can test out the page after every disabling of the plugin, to troubleshoot which plugin could cause such an error.

Even if Amelia is deactivated the error is still the same. 

Can you please contact your hosting provider and share with them the details of your issue they should be able to assist you with this.
