I like Amelia and have used it before. My current project is a soft play area for children. Maximum allowed per session is 35 children and i have 3 age ranges with different prices per age.
This seems to override the maximum capacity element. Is this possible?
If thsi isn't possible we will need to maybe refund the tool.
Thanks
Peter
Hello Peter,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
When you create event with custom pricing then the custom pricing spots will override maximum allowed spots.
This is how the pricing feature works for now. Maybe you can try with creating 3 different services something like soft play area up to 3 years, soft play area 3 to 5 years, soft play area 5 to 7 years for example. Will this work for you? This is the only other solution that we can offer you for now.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

HI Marko,
Thanks for your reply, this hasn't worked out for us, can you advise how we get a refund?
Thanks
Peter
Hello Peter,
We are sorry to hear that.
Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:
If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund Policy, wpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
