Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Unfortunately, this is not the admin account as I am unable to access most of the items from the admin dashboard.
Can you please double-check from your end and provide me with an update?
The best way for us to perform checks is to log into the back-end of your website, if you feel unsafe about the admin access, you can delete the user you provided me with.
Please try and reactivate the Amelia plugin and provide us with an update on whether it works or not.
Our Anelia plugin - though it has updated a number of times since we started using it - is now saying
"To receive automatic updates license activation is required"
No updates - automatic or otherwise - are working

here are other plugins, all have 'UPDATE NOW'
