I currently have 2 different types of services, both are appointments in a 1 hour interval with a 30min buffer after the appointment. There are some customers that I would to like to book back to back without this buffer time. Is there any way to override it manually? I still want it to be kept there for general bookings.
The only work around I was considering is removing the buffer from the current service, making the change to put an appointment back to back, then reinstating it on the service but I am worried this will change all the appointments that have already registered - is this the case?

Hello Adrian,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
That workaround is fine, as the change of the buffer time settings will not affect the already-created appointments.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
