Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thank you for providing me with the admin credentials.

When you assign the "Amelia Customer" user role - that's only a user role, and it doesn't instruct the plugin to automatically create customers in Amelia. 

All your users need to either be manually created in Amelia, or you need to enable the "Automatically create Amelia customer users" option in settings/Roles/Customer, so when they book their first appointment while they're logged in as WooCommerce users, they will be added to Amelia's Customers section, they'll be linked with the WordPress user, and they will be able to access the Customer Panel when they access WordPress/WooCommerce.
