I've got a problem with pending meeting email notification :
I've made a change and tested it OK
I made another change , it appears correctly with "test email" button
It is still like my first change (point 1) when I test it on real site.
I first thought it was about caching memory, then the browser itself.. I emptied them all, but the result is still the same.. seems that the record in WP database has not been updated.. am I right ? and if so, how can I repair this ?
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Since I do not speak French I cannot understand the text of the notification. Can you explain to me in more detail what is wrong with the notification?
When you change the text of the notification the text is not saved with the changes if I understood you well? Please explain to us in a little more detail.
We'll need it anyway temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You've got two different templates for one language. This is the default language that's applied by WordPress:
And this is what you actually receive since you added French as a secondary language:
Since your site is set to French, the fr_FR locale will be applied, and Amelia will use the templates you see in Amelia/Notifications, so if you don't translate these, all email notifications will be sent in English. In cases like this, DO NOT add your language as a secondary language in Amelia. It is the primary language of your website, and Amelia will use it as a primary language. Since your site is configured to your language in WordPress General Settings (French), you only need to translate the templates you see when you land in Amelia/Notifications. The language drop-down you see in the top right is used only for additional languages (so, if the site is in French, you will add English, Spanish, Dutch, etc) through this menu:
So, if you have issues with emails coming in in English, instead of the language your WordPress site is set to (or with different content), make sure you haven't added your language as the additional language, and translate the templates you see when you land in Amelia/Notifications.
Thanks for all, I was convinced by functionalities of amelia against its competitors. I’ve been convinced by support team that was just great : – full of explanations, – kindness, – pointing out our mistakes, and giving a simple solution..
great, just GREAT !! Thanks for that plugin and go on doing a so good job !
