If you configured everything, but the booking form doesn't work properly, it could be a cache issue. Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.
Please provide us with an update on whether that worked once the cache had been cleared.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you for that, I managed to log into the back-end of your website. The issue is that the "Segui TEST" service was not specified in the working hours. I added it to test it out on Friday and the service showed on the front-end.
Also I see now that the problem is happening with the availability of the employees.
Is there any specific error with the availability of the employees?
