From the evening of 23rd and on 24th February there was a problem with booking on my website via Amelia. This may have been do to my website host upgrading the server at that time. Many people tried several times to book an event but the egg timer just kept whirring after taking their payment details. Payments did go through eventually but there is no record of their booking on Amelia, and I therefore do not know who has booked on.
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that, but such things can happen, it happens once in a million that your web host upgrades the server exactly at that time.
If the payments have passed then you can most likely find the data of who paid and booked in the database and later you can add these appointments manually in Amelia.
Thank you for your reply. However I can not find the details of who booked and paid anywhere on the plugin. Which database are you referring to? In the customer list, there are no records for some reason of their last appointments. In the event details there are only the four attendees who booked and paid prior to the problems with the plugin. I have contacted stripe who say that they only receive very limited details from Amelia ie.last four numbers of card used for payment and no name. Please advise as it is important for my business that I retrieve the details of who has paid and booked this event.
We need wp-admin access, access to the database, and a list of people who paid and there are no data in Amelia about them so that we can investigate.
If Description and / or MetaData had been configured, you would not only have the last 4 digits of the card istead you would have full details about who booked and what. We haven't had any similar issues with Stripe, so we don't know what happened to you on the site.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) and access to the database for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

To further add - it is very worrying that 14 payments were taken by Stripe via the Amelia plugin without there being any record of them on Amelia!!!!
