I bought the pro version yesterday, downloaded the .zip file and then uploaded and installed it. Did the basic activation of the plugin, but cannot reach the Activation menu item where I need to put the purchase key. I am totally stuck and there is even less functionality working than in the previous free version.
I also checked the max post and max upload and max memory available on BlueHoad (php.ini) and as far as I can see those issues are not the limitation. I was also in connection with BlueHost, and in the end they asked me to contact the plugin vendor.
-When you have the Light Version of wpDataTables installed, you won't see the Activation button
first, you have to delete the Light version, and then when you follow installation instructions and download the full version - you will see the "Activate" button in your WP-Admin.
The problem is, I have actually purchased and uploaded / installed the pro version.
I attach an image here, showing that I do have the menu that includes what seems to be the option of Activation. Problem is, all items in this horizontal menu except the Main settings, is impossible to get into action.
Now I see what you mean, didn't understand it straight away.
I can log in to your WP Dashboard, and try to isolate the issue remotely if you'd like?
Please provide me with a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Just for the record: this is about the pro version of wpdatatables.

No problem, Jorgen.

Hey, Jorgen
Thank you for sending us the files. I passed it on to the developers, they will take a look and work on a possible fix of the conflict.
I will let you know as soon as they come back to me with their findings.
Kind Regards,

Hey, Jorgen
- The devs advised, to start with.
This is happening because you have "Include full bootstrap back-end" unchecked on the wpDataTables settings.
We have checked the setting to be switched ON now, and tell us how it works now.
- Did you maybe have a reason to keep this unchecked, for some other plugin to function properly?
- The devs have a couple of ideas to investigate this further, I will update you if there is new info.
Looking forward to your reply. Thanks.

Miloš Jovanović
