I would like to ask if it is possible to set a maximun number of appointments per customer and if yes how?
For example I set that every customer is allowed to book maximum 3 appointments. If he cancels one then he has one more slot. if he reaches the 3 bookings, then he has either to attend to one or more for slots to open, or he can reschedule.

Unfortunately, there is no way Amelia can forbid a customer to book. There is no way for Amelia to know how many times a customer has booked and to forbid him from further booking.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
