In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I set Monday through Friday work schedule to be from 8:00 to 18:30. I have several services ranging from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours in duration with a 30 minute buffer between appointments. When the customer attempts to book an appointment for a 1.5 hour service only 4 slots show up; 8:30-10:00, 10:30-12:00, 12:30-2:00 and 2:30-4:00. It should show a 4:30-6:00 slot but it doesn't. I even tried making the work schedule go from 8:00 to 19:00 but I've had times when it shows 24 hours worth of slots. I don't know what's going on. I've cleared browser caches, used different browers and it's not consistent.
I've attached some images to show the problem. If you want to see the problem live, go to treadrightmobiletire.com and click the "Schedule Service" button. I just upgraded to the latest version hoping the problem would be fixed but it isn't.
Figured it out. Not only did I have to change the work hours for the business but I also had to change the work hours for my one employee. To do that, bring up the employees page in Amelia and edit each of your employees. When you edit an employee, notice that there are tabs at the top. Click on the "Work Hours" tab and make the appropriate changes.
