We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm swithing host on a fresh install. Is there a way to import my appointments, customers etc.
Hello Shawn,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you are moving on to another domain we can suggest using Plugin Duplicator. We use it and it's working fine because it will transfer all the files and also the tables to the database.
If you don't want to use the duplicator, you would need to copy all wp_amelia_ database tables, along with the "amelia_settings" row in the wp_options table (when you search through the "option_name" column).
Hope this works for you.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Thank you. I knew there had to be a plugin or something. I just wanted to do it safetly, because I have a lot of records. Speaking of, the more appointments I get booked, the slower the site runs. Which is why im switching host. Eventhoungh godaddy is trash, and my new host will be great, i only used the plugin one year. What happens in 3 years from now.The plugn might need some kind of arciving after a cerntain amount of time.
So i went with exporting tables. However, I needed the updated version of the software. There are new table colums. I updated the plugin a couple days ago, but the only version i have access to is from last year. Last year and update was sent via email.
Hello Shawn,
Glad to hear that.
Please find the latest version of the plugin attached and provide me with an update if there are any issues with the Amelia plugin after the update.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
