Im trying to set up a service with time slots of 1hr, but when I test the calendar (pick date and time) I see that the time slots are (e.g. 10am to 11am, then 10:01 to 11:01am) what I need is to go 10am - 11am, 11am - 12pm, 12pm - 1pm etc... How can I do this?
Hello CB,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You could enable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option in the Amelia/Settings/General settings page and the time slots will be displayed as you mentioned below.
Please provide us with an update on whether this works for you.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
