If a User has previously logged in as an Amelia user, when they go to book another service, their name info is always pre-filled and un-changeable.
We anticipate an issue whereby someone may want to book under different names, yet they won't understand why they cannot change the name field on the booking widget.
The user needs to know somehow that they are logged in on the booking widget, and that they need to log out to book under a different name.
Is there some way to notify the user that they are logged in when using the booking widget ? Perhaps there should be an "account" or "log out" link in the booking widget when the user is logged in??
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
We understand you but this is designed like this because the vast majority of clients reserve only for themselves with their name and this makes the booking process a lot easier for them. Unfortunately, we have no way to inform them that they are already "logged in".
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
You can always advise them to book from the incognito window with a different mail address this is the only workaround at the moment.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.

I hope that makes sense..
