That doesn't solve my problem, it has nothing to do with it. The problem is that the email does not arrive directly, the client does not receive the email with the link to enter their account. You mentioned that the customer does not receive a link to the customer panel in your first message. You didn't tell us anything about the notifications. If all your notifications don't work then an issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has PHP version less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
If you're using Gmail, please make sure "Allow less secure apps" is enabled.
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.
