We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
I have a client who has been using Amelia for 2 years. We have been using the Appointments/Services option but I am looking at setting up the Events instead, because her offering is weekly recurring classes so it feels more relevant.
I have a question about the Events set-up: I can see that I can set a recurring event with registration for each event opening 2 weeks before the event, which is great. However, is there any way to only show a certain number of upcoming events on the front-end?
What I would like is for the next 4 events to display on the front-end, rather than a paginated list of every available event (as per the attached screenshot). Is that possible?
Many thanks
Hannah
Hello Hannah,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, you can't achieve that, what we can do is suggest to you is to create one event that has 3 recurring as you want, and then you just create a new one again, you just duplicate it.
There is currently no other way to do this.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko,
Thank-you for letting me know. I have hidden the Amelia pagination with CSS instead in this instance :)
