After investigating why I can't see zoom links in notifications, I have discovered that altho the integration with zoom app is successful. On the Amelia employee profile side the emails to connect to zoom doesn't show and it give the message "No data" at the beginning and now every time I open the a profile it generates this "Error: Request failed with status code 500"
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, FTP and database credentials, so we will be able to investigate the issue.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
As for zoom links besides sending the Zoom link in notifications, you can also find it inside the appointments and events information.
If you are looking like an employee/admin or manager user in Amelia for the appointment you will find a link once you click on the appointment in the appointments list or if you click on the “Edit” appointment option and then open the Zoom tab. You will see two links there, one for the host and one for the participant, so if you need to send a link to the customer again you can send them a link for the participants. If, on the other hand, you are looking for the link in events, open the Event page, click “Edit” Event and you will see both links right away below the date and time settings.
Customers can also find their link if they access their Front-end Customers Panel. The link will be shown once they click on the three dots icon next to the appointment/event and click on “Join Zoom Meeting”.
I think that I didn't express the problem well. Please see the attached picture, in it you would see the error 500 alert that appears every time I open any employ profile.
In the second screenshot you would see that zoom is showing no data although it is connected well.
All of this started to happen yesterday, on both my root website kunacademy.com and sub domain kuncoaching.com.
One thing to point is that my hosting account was restarted by the provider "go daddy" two days ago.
You need to temporarily remove Zoom credentials from Settings / Integrations, save it and then you will be able to access the employee profile without 500 errors.
This means that you have to go back to Zoom (in your account) and copy the credentials because something is not entered correctly.
Please do the these couple of things and then let us know if everything is as it should be.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
Can you, please, leave a review on the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.
If it's not too much of a trouble, an additional review on Capterra would be greatly appreciated!
It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.
