Hello, how can users register for one event and before checking out, go back and add another event to the cart? Then just checkout once for multiple events. Is that possible?
Hello Travis,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately currently, there is no such feature built-in. Customers can book only one appointment/event at the time.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Ok, thanks for clarifying. Does this apply to services as well? Or can a user add multiple services, then confirm their day and time slot?
Hello Travis,
This applies to everything, customers can book only one appointment/event at a time. The only way that customers can buy and book multiple appointments and multiple services in one booking is with packages of service.
Packages of Services is the only feature that is not included in the Basic license, the rest of the features are absolutely identical. Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services).
In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence. You can see more information here. Look at packages as gym packages. For example, you have "Gym access" service, "Treadmill" service, "Bike" service, "Spa" service, and so on. You can create a package that includes all these services for a reduced price.
So, you create a "Full access" package, where all these services are included. You define the number of appointments per service, and allow your customers to book all these services in one go.
So, a customer can book this package, and book "Gym access" for 5 days (free for choosing), "Treadmill" for 3 days, "Bike" for 2 days, "Spa" for 7 days, and so on. You define the number of bookings for each service.
Hope that helps.
Kind Regards,
