thanks for the follow-up. I appreciate the information but I'm interested in setting an avatar, like yours in the blue suit, so when a customer opens Gmail to look for their conformation email for up, they'll see an icon before our name. Does that make sense? thx

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
