    I started to receive this message when using your demo site earlier. It was working fine and then suddenly I received these messages.

    I bought the addon anyway and now whenever I try to download a report I get this message. It is on a local server at the moment.

    Update:

    I have deactivated elementor. I have no other plugins running apaprt from wpdatatables and formidable forms.

    I created a report using only two variables and no table source. The two variables were simply ${name} and ${number}.

    I uploaded a word document with only two fields ${name} and ${number}.

    And all I get when trying to preview or download the report is the critical error message.

    It is on a local server. Does the plugin not work on a local server?

    Any ideas?

    Hello Nicola

    Thank you for your purchase.

    The plugin and the add-on work on localhost without issues.

    We can't say exactly what the cause of this error is, but from previous experience, it's most likely the ZipArchive that's either not installed, or it's not updated to the latest version. Please check that, and install or update it to the latest version.

    If that doesn't help - can you clone your website?

    If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

    The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

    Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

    Also, this is a public ticket, so if you're sending sensitive site information, make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
