We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

My Google account is correctly set up in Amelia, but it seems that some events in the Google Calendar do not sync correctly with Amelia, and so in Amelia we can still see some period available while they are booked in Google... (some of them are coming from ClickUp which integrates with Google...they appear in the calendar but not in Amelia as already booked...)

Do you know this kind of issue ?

Thanks in advance for your help

    Kind regards

    Eric

    Hello Eric,

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

We are not aware of any issues and we didn't receive any tickets about some issues with Google Calendar.

Our remove Google Calendar busy slots option is working as always.

If you still haven't enable it you need to enable this option if you want to remove the time slots of the Busy events in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots in the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is a Busy event in the Google Calendar.

Please note: In order to use 2-way Google synchronization properly your employees should set statuses of the events in their Google calendars as Busy. That way, time-slots occupied by those events will be removed from Amelia's calendar.

If you did that already and the Amelia is in sync with all other appointments except ClickUp then maybe ClickUp has some conflict with Amelia.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
