I am trying to delete Events, but the Amelia plugin won't let me delete any events at all whether they are single events or recurring events. When I try, it just starts loading and never stops loading. It just gets stuck loading forever and I end up needing to refresh the page and start over. I have tried deleting the plugin, re-installing, and deactivating all other plugins besides Amelia, but nothing seems to work. This is my first week using Amelia and we even upgraded to Pro and have been excited to use it, but I am disappointed by this glitch so far.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
