I have a display error for a while, I send a private ticket, but no response yet ,so asking if you could please check, because I cannot continue with the plugin if it doesn't work with the popular Jupiter Theme.
As seen in attachment, the plugin pops up over the footer. Which is not right. I want the plugin content to be shown within the static page, there seems to be some kind of error, that makes the plugin overlay over the footer. On other pages the plugin overlays over other rows (I use WP Bakery plugin for pagebuilding). So something is really of.
Can you please advice?

For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
