I'm writing you regarding the booking in the back end. When I do a reservation in the back-end, the client receive a confirmation in english. And when the client do the reservation on the front end, he receives the confirmation in french.
I would like that clients receive the confirmation in french automatically for both cases. Could you advise ?
My second question is : Can we book a timing slot without booking a treatment and without selecting a client ? When I have a private meeting i would like to block a slot space without creating a treatment and so one.

As for your second question, if you book an appointment in Amelia, you need to select a customer and a service, you can't book just a time. I can suggest you to use Special Days for such cases, or, if you have a Google Calendar synchronized, you can mark a time slot as busy, and it'd become unavailable in Amelia for booking.
