We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, I purchased Amelia but I have a few concerns on whether some specific functions are available or not. I noted them below. Please tell me if they are available or if we can make some minor customizations.

    Technical functions:
01- List of integrated shortcodes for page building (integration with elementor)
02- Booking restriction per role for booking panel. Students & instructors will not be able to book. Only the organization role has the capability to book.
03- Linking of Amelia with LearnDash instructor role
04- Automatic assignment of Amelia staff role for instructor roles
05- Confirm that the Amelia staff role has a frontend view with purchasing restriction.
06- Events created through LearnDash, automatically reflected as a bookable time block on Amelia.
07- Sync Google calendar, Outlook, iCalendar with Booknetic calendar.

    Front End functions:
01- Staff filter options on a specified page to allow users to select staff based on ex. specific service, language, location, fees, reviews, etc.
02- Staff capability of having a profile/dashboard and the ability to display/hide themselves on the booking panel. (Instructor hub)
03- Additional features to be displayed on the staff card on booking panel for example: courses taught, price per day, languages, reviews, location, etc.

    Hi Moustafa

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Technical functions:

01 - there's an integration with Elementor, please check out the attached article:

    Using Amelia in Elementor Popup

02 - unfortunately, there's no such built-in feature, but you can probably achieve it using some membership plugin (for example, MemberPress or Ultimate Member).

03 - you can add an additional user role of Amelia Employee to your instructor, so he'll have the capabilities of both.

04, 06 - There is no any integration with LearnDash available in Amelia, unfortunately.

05 - not sure I understand this question correctly, could you clarify, please?

07 - you can find the documentation about Amelia integrations with calendars here and here.

    Front End functions:

01 - unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

02 - there's a Front-End Employee Panel available for your Employees. Also, they can manage their appointments through backend.

    03 - it's also not possible, unfortunately.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested these features. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.
