Hi, I used to use the email [email protected] for my notifications (this was set in the settings bit for notifications).
Due to issues with being marked as spam, I changed this to [email protected] in these settings. However, several days later, my notifications (even when I test them) are being sent from [email protected]
Why hasn't the change been made despite it being saved in the settings?
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I think I found the problem - I had the old email still set in Easy WP SMTP and I think that was defaulting to it. I've changed it since and it appears to work now.
