Today is 22.02.2022 and on this day we can book without any issue.

Please check your employee's working days and hours. Working days and working hours are directly tied to employees in Amelia.

We also cant book for 21.02 because your employee doesn't work on that day but as we can see in your picture you can book on the 22, 25, 28, 01, 02, etc.

The is with employees working days and hours. Please check this and let us know have you solved the issue.

Once again we couldn't find any issue as you can see in our screenshots you have the whole day available on Thursdays and we can book early in the morning, we can choose the whole day for booking

Please forgive me I wrote it wrong we tested Tuesday not Thursday but to be sure we checked now once again just in case and everything is fine.

We weren’t able to check for 24th because it was yesterday but we just don’t see the issue anywhere. We tried to book 2 times on 2 different Thursdays and we see all the slots, we tried the other days on Sunday and everything works properly when we go as a customer to book.

Try it from a friend's laptop from another device to see if it's happening to them we've tried on several devices and we just haven't been able to replicate the issue.

Try purging your cache and booking from incognito mode and please try a few other devices to see if this happens to you because we see that everything works perfectly.

We just can’t do anything when everything works perfectly on a few different devices.

Can you please send us 2 coupons with 100% discount for that service so that we can try to book ourselves so that we can see what is the issue just reply privately?

After that, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
