We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I’ve been having the following problem for years:
hey,
I’ve been having the following problem for years:
Selling tickets for trips that have a fixed date will not be a problem but the features we need are the following:
* trips have a fixed date and duration
* trips are also divided into age category
* trips are divided into men/women
* customers must be able to see how many men/women plus their age are registered per trip
* if the maximum number of men/women has been reached, this must also be clearly displayed
* It must also be clearly stated that if max capacity is not reached, how many places are still available.
I’ve often thought of doing this with an event plugin but still haven’t found anything that can meet this requirement
What can yours do or can you meet our expectation?
Hello ban Uden,
Thank you for expressing interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.
1. When creating an event, you will be able to set the fixed date and duration for the event:
2. 3. Events enable you to create custom prices for each category, but the categories can only be one-level deep, for example, you create several categories "Children", "Adults", "Men", "Women", but you will not be able to check multiple categories to be connected to one person.
4.5. Customers will be able to see how many spots of each category are left.
6. Capacity is displayed and the customers are able to see how many spots are left.
Hope this works for you.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

looks promising and yes, it is listed how many open spots
But we need the ages of the men, ages of the women
eg:
male: 38y, 42y, 55y, .....
female: 37y, 39y, 44y, 55y,...
Hello van Uden,
Unfortunately, that is currently not possible with Amelia's built-in features, as the only information that is displayed are the already booked spots.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
