Hi,
One of my web clients, a massage therapist, needs to submit an invoice to one of her customers for their insurance. Is there an option to generate and email and invoice? The "easiest" way I can think of is re-entering their products into WooCommerce and using the email PDF invoice plugin, maybe. Is there a way to do something similar from Amelia though? I looked in the Appointments, Customers and Finance pages, but if it was there and I just didn't understand how to send an invoice for an upcoming or past appointment, please let me know.
Thank you for any advice, too!
Hello Aurelio
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia is not a payment engine, so it doesn't generate invoices. Invoices are generated by payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc).
Our developers are going to work on invoicing within Amelia, so this will be available at some point in the future. This is not under development yet, and I can't say when it will be available.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day!
