You won't find the app visible on my site yet because I can't get Outlook to perform a 2-way sync. I have set up the plugin on Azure following your directions, but still cannot see my currently scheduled appointments in Outlook when I look at the calendar in Amelia. Help!
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
You can't see appointments you already have in Outlook Calendar in Amelia. Only the times of these appointments will be blocked in Amelia and customers will not be able to book these time slots in Amelia. But appointments from Amelia will show in Outlook Calendar.
Please check if you have enabled Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots.
Enable this option if you want to remove the time slots of the Busy events in your employees’ Outlook Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots in the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is a Busy event in the Outlook Calendar.
Hi Marko and thank you for your response. I enabled Remove Outlook Busy Slots at the time I set up the app, but the calendar still allows me to book a service at a time that I have an existing appointment. The calendar is not syncing. Please advise.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Hi Marko. It appears that Outlook is now syncing with Amelia - I had something incorrect in one setup item. I was able to determine it’s working by setting up an appointment with myself on the backend of the program. I think what is confusing is that the calendar in Amelia does not show any blocked time the I select my calendar to view. I don’t know what my clients will see once the app is active, but I imagine they will be as confused as I am. I expected to see available slots in the calendar view, which is what I’m accustomed to seeing.
While I have your attention, I’m curious about the reason multi-session packages is not available at the level I purchased. I noted it is available at the enterprise level, which is lovely, but as a solo practice, I’d like to have had that option. I’m curious about the difference, if you can shed any light on the situation for me.
We are glad to hear that your calendar is working now.
If your employee work from let's say 09 am to 17 pm and you have appointment in your calendar from 13 pm to 14 pm those time slots will be unavailable for booking in Amelia.
As for Packages of Services, this is the only feature that is not included in the Basic license, the rest of the features are absolutely identical. This is how our licenses are designed and unfortunately, they cant be included in the Basic license.
