Is there any way to restrict people from signing up for events if they do not have an account?
This feature would only allow event registration if somebody was logged in. Is this a feature

Unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features, but you can try to achieve this using a membership plugin (like Memberpress or some other).
