When it comes to registering for an event, we currently capture name, email and phone number but it would be good to capture their company and job title. How do you add additional fields please?

For this purpose, you can use the "custom field" option in Amelia where you will e able to add any field you want to the booking form and assign it to different events and services.
To add the custom fields, please navigate to Amelia/Customize/Custom fields page and there you will be able to add custom fields.
