Hello good day. I have a problem in one of the versions of amelia that we have. The box to be able to select multiple classes and delete them no longer appears. Attached image of the version we use on the erock website and on the estacionrock website
Please make sure you're logging in as an Admin. Now it seems like you're logging in as an Employee, and with Amelia Employee user role you don't have a permission to delete the appointments. Please check out our documentation about Users and Roles in Amelia.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
The person has Amelia Manager and I can't edit that information. With what do you say you can edit that information? since I can not leave it as administrator of the site because it has many permissions
You can edit user's capabilities with the "User Role Editor" plugin. When you have it installed, you'll need to go to Users / User Role Editor, and you'll be able to select a role of Amelia Manager and add any capability you need to this role in the field below.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
