    Hi I have a few questions regarding amelia

    So my client has a gym business and they have 2 main options we need:


    1. Free trial (book a specific day on calendar) - which I think amelia can provide

    2. Fortnightly auto-billing (re-occuring billing of $XX per fortnight) for services, but they can come to the gym at any time. - Is this possible with amelia?


    For the reoccurring billing, are you guys connected to stripe? And if there are issues with failed payments, will you guys continue to retry payment?

    Does Amelia also accept debit card payments from clients (we realised credit card payment has more failed payments).

    Hello Chris,

    Thank you for expressing interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.

    1. Customers will be able to book dates according to the working hours that are set up for employees that are assigned to a certain service.

    2. Unfortunately, that is not possible as the customers pay for the appointments either online which is billed upon booking, or on-site which is paid on-site at the time of the appointment. There is an option to create packages of services in Amelia. Packages in the Amelia Booking plugin are made to give you the option to create a package of multiple appointments from the same or different services and give a discount to the total price to attract your customers more.

    Please note:

    • Packages feature is a part of our Pro and Developer licenses and isn’t supported in the Basic license.
    • At the moment, Events cannot be used with Packages, only Appointments (Services).
