My client does disinfection services and bulky waste removal. I have created one employee (a general team account) with 2 service attached to it. What I'm trying to achieve is the following:
Disinfection Service
8am - 12pm (3 slots)
12pm - 4pm (3 slots)
4pm - 8pm (3 slots)
Bulky Waste Removal
8am - 12pm (3 slots)
12pm - 4pm (3 slots)
4pm - 8pm (3 slots)
Problem is, because there is 1 employee, if one appointment has been booked for a time slot, the whole time slot would be unavailable for that day for all services.
Is there a setting to allow 1 employee to accept a certain number of appointment per time block? Because creating multiple employees just to achieve the 6 slots per time block makes it difficult to manage. Plus, the team only has 1 general email account and your plugin requires a unique email address per employee.
You need to have one more employee assigned with the second service. So when the Disinfection Service is booked for 8am, 8am time slot would be still available for Bulky Waste Removal.
As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.
