I can't upgrade my saldo for the sms notification function, It saids that I have to enter my country and postal code but when I want to verify it it saids "Unable to complete action, please check your connection and try again." But it doesn't matter if I enter different a different country or code, it keeps saying this. Can you help me so I can make use of this function.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We tried it on our side and on several devices we couldn't replicate the issue. Please try again and purge the cache, and if this doesn't work contact your service provider because it really is not up to Amelia we succeeded several times to go to different payment methods.
