Thank you for the amazing plugin! We have set up a package that includes multiple sessions. We would like a customer to purchase the package and be able to schedule any of the sessions within the package, but after they have reached a limit, say 4 appointments, they will then be unable to schedule any more sessions within that package.
For instance: They purchase a package called Small Group Classes that includes 5 sessions, such as; yoga, boxing, self defense, core workout, or stretching. Within this package we would like to limit them to only being able to schedule 4 sessions total, but be able to pick from any of the 5 sessions. Then, once they've reached the limit of 4 appointments for the package; regardless of whether they have scheduled 1 session with four appointments, 2 sessions with two appointments each, or 4 sessions with one appointment each, they would then not be able to schedule any more sessions.
Basically, the sessions within the package would have unlimited appointments available so they could mix and match sessions, but the package would limit them to only a quantity of appointments that they can schedule of the sessions within that package.
I'm hoping that this is a feature that I'm missing in the documentation, but if it's not something that's possible at this time, would you be able to suggest an alternative to that scenario?
Unfortunately, there is currently no option to let customers choose how many appointments of each service they can book as the packages are predefined in regards to the number of appointments of each service.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
Thank you for the quick reply. I'll post it on the feature suggestion page to see if it gets any traction there. Hopefully, this is something others are looking for, as well, since it would be a great feature to have.
