We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Here are the issues listed-

    1- After submitting the form it's taking so much time to appear on the dashboard.
    2- When we enabled the time zone for customers it is taking it automatically but can't we have an option to choose with a drop-down? If yes then how we can get that data that which timezone is selected by the customer?
    3- I have made a custom field and it is not showing in the form. I took help from Amelia's documentation still it is not showing up.

    1) Could you record a video of your screen regarding this problem? 

    2) I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review. After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

    3) Сould you provide me with page-URL and some screenshots, regarding this issue? So I will be able to reproduce it and help you.
