We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I'm just repeating this question. Because I'm not sure if it's solved.
Is there a way to create a coupon code that will be valid for all events, even ones that haven't been created yet?
In other words, I want to create a code that will work for every event I create, without having to go back into the Coupon settings and add a new event to an existing code.
Hello Thuy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, that is the default behavior of Amelia at the moment, as you would need to manually assign the newly-created event/service to the coupon that already exists. Thank you for your suggestion and we will have this implemented in the future but I cannot provide you with the ETA at the moment.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello, will this feature be added in new updates? We have like 4 000 coupons that aren't added to any events, but they will apply it for sure when new events are opened.
We don't want to edit 4 000 coupons whenever we create new events.
Or do you have any other solution for us, please?
We're a little bit desperate because of this.
Hello Thuy,
Thank you for reaching back to us.
This feature has been added to the feature development list and this will be worked on and hopefully implemented in one of the future updates, but I cannot provide you with the ETA at the moment because there are plenty of variables on when this feature will be implemented.
Unfortunately, there is no workaround at the moment as it requires a structural change in the code.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
