I realised that the Amelia is very slow loading on all the mobile and tablet devices with the 4G data, even your demo sites also happen the same issue, any idea how to solved this problem?

Each Amelia filter loads data from the database (employees, services, locations, etc); if the employee is connected to either Google or outlook, it extends the load time because it checks busy slots there.
We're working on front-end optimization, but we can't say when it's done.

Wondering why the appointment is loading very slow (over 10 seconds) and it's freezing all the JavaScript on 4G connection? But switching to the Wi-Fi connection is fine, fast loading and it won't be freezing all JavaScript.

Maybe the 4G signal is low where you're located, maybe there are some other technical interferences, maybe your device is limited in bandwidth when it detects a mobile connection, we really can't say.
Amelia is affected by the internet speed just like any other segment of your website.
