We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi Amelia Team,

we are a music school in Germany and we want to rent our rooms to other people if the rooms are not occupied by a teacher. The customer to book the room online to practice it's instrument in our rooms.

Is it possible to book a room without the force to choose an employee for the service?

Is it possible to add a kind of flat-rate to customers who bought a 6-month Abo? They should not be charged for an appointment.

    Best regards from Germany
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It is necessary to have at least one employee created for the plugin to work properly. This option is specifically for companies with several employees to make it easier for them to manage and track their appointments, their availability, and the services they provide. If you have just one employee, it will be automatically hidden on the front-end booking form.

So, if you want to use Amelia just for room booking, you can create a fake Employee to assign him to the Services (rooms for rent), or you can have Rooms instead of Employees (for example, Employee's name = Drum Room, or Vocal Room, etc).

Not sure if I understood your second question correctly. You can try Packages to have the option to create a package of multiple appointments from the same or different services and give a discount to the total price to attract your customers more.

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
