We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I would like to request the ability to have the filter position moved to the side as an option. With modern CSS this is easy to do with CSS Grid or Flexbox. Custom CSS with Flexbox makes this possible, but having to add the CSS manually seems a little backward. Using "display:grid" is the custom CSS panel breaks the backend. It would also be nice in this side position that filters could be placed in an accordion (toggle).

Hi, Steve
- Apologies for responding late, due to an unusually high number of tickets, and a national holiday in our country, we are operating at a slower pace than usual. Your patience is highly appreciated.
- We see exactly what you mean on the demo page you provided as an example. We will pass this feature request directly to our developers;
you can add to this with your personal suggestion for a built-in feature on this link https://wpdatatables.com/documentation/feature-suggestion/ and our developers would place it higher on their "TO-DO" list.
As more customers request a feature, it gets pushed quicker on the list. We always strive to make our product better and deliver the most value to our end users, so we carefully review each suggestion.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
